The activity of Henrique Vieira & Filhos, S.A. is always guided by compliance with the most fundamental ethical standards, aimed at ensuring respect for the principles of integrity, loyalty, competence and responsibility, among others. In support of this commitment, the following tools are in place:
Code of Conduct – Establishes the set of principles, values and rules of conduct for all managers and employees of the company, both in internal and external relations, in matters of professional ethics, integrity, rigor, transparency, efficiency and competence.
Corruption Risk Prevention Plan and Related Offences – Developed under the provisions of Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of December 9, it is intended to identify, analyze and classify risks and situations considered likely to give rise to potential acts of corruption and related offences, establishing appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
Internal Whistleblowing Channel – Enables the submission of reports concerning suspected behaviors of corruption and related offences, with the aim of ascertaining the facts, adopting corrective measures, initiating disciplinary proceedings and, when necessary, filing criminal complaints.
Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution – In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity: CNIACC – National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts.
