• Distiller with a body height of 1250 mm and a diameter of 1035 mm, with a concave “inverted cone” bottom for better distribution of the heating flame (when using a gas burner).
• Rectangular door 440x332mm, for discharging the dough, with trimmer (option).
• Two capped threaded tips for use with electric heating elements (option).
• One spout with stainless steel ball valve for water inlet/outlet.
• One capped threaded ferrule for steam diffuser application (option).
• Inner sieve in perforated sheet metal.
• Pyrex water level sight glass.
• Distillation control thermometer.
• Removable lid with adjustable clamping pins and sealing gasket.
• Calibrated safety valve.
• Pressure gauge.
• Decanter for separating essential oils from hydrolate (floral water).
• Steam condenser with removable helical cooling coil and thermometer.
• NOTE: The boiler can run on firewood, gas and electricity.
